Hi I’m Liz and I have a wonderful Dance & Wellness company called Passion 4 Life, in Dulwich, London.

Passion 4 Life  assists you in moving toward a more balanced body and lifestyle with Dance & Pilates.

I am a Dance and Movement specialist and in a nutshell this means that I assist you in understanding and listening to your body more, through movement modalities such as Dance and Pilates and ultimately finding more balance in your body and lifestyle.
